M ANT ΓOPΔIANOC AYΓ, laureate head right / MAPKIANOΠOΛITΩN, the three Graces standing facing with arms around each other, the center one looking right, the outer two facing outwards, the outer two each hold a flower. H&J, Marcianopolis 6.36.26.1-3 var. (bust type); RPC VII.2 1477-8 var. (same); AMNG –; Varbanov 1908 var. (same). Red-green patina, minor deposits. VF. Very rare, unpublished obverse type.
